Inherent Table Bias?!?!

After having considered the wheel, I then turned to the table to seek out any table bias.... and there is a very very obvious bias: the question is whether this can be exploited. On the third row there are eight reds and only four blacks; thus, by betting on the third row, you also cover an inordinate number of red squares. Now, if you combine that with a bet on BLACK, will this give you an advantage? I think the experts will say that whatever combination you try, the house advantage is always the same, i.e. 5.26%.

But it seems that this way you get the maximum advantage of covering all BLACK bets and eight red ones.... I will have to try this out and report back. It does seem to hold promise.
