At face value, the James bond method ("JBM") looks quite practical. After all, it covers 24 numbers, which means that in terms of real estate, 61.5% of the wheel is covered. However, the player using this method has sacrificed his earnings potential since he is basically wagering $200 in hopes of winning much less than that. Eventually, the house advantage will defeat him since, even though his numbers come up more frequently, his losses will more than eclipse his winnings, eroding his funds with each spin of the wheel.
The fundamental weakness of this method, thus, is that the JBM has no vertex, no force multipliers: it is in essence a series of non overlapping sustainability bets, but the betting system itself is unsustainable. In fact, ironically, the insurance bet is the best money earner in this system.
Bottom line: adequate in terms of real estate (though just barely) but wanting in terms of Force Multipliers. We have to rate the JBM as a resounding no go.
